Every file is managed collaboratively by the relevant team members, giving a 360-degree view of the project — legal, financial, technical — with a Lean Six Sigma-inspired drive for efficiency.
Example — on a rental management project, that means direct coordination between the property lead and the legal professionals we work with, without unnecessary intermediaries.
100% Transparency
Before any work begins, a formal quote is submitted for your approval. It sets out everything you will pay: line-itemized costs, any management fee for an external specialist, and any additional cost for deployment outside our core coverage area. No hidden costs.
Example — on an electrical compliance project, the quote clearly separates the cost of the work itself, the fees of the qualified electrician engaged, and — where relevant — travel outside the Kenitra – Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech axis.
Photo/Video Tracking
Photos and videos are provided, tailored to the requirements of each project, so you can follow progress without being on site.
Example — on a renovation project, this visual tracking is paced to the stages specific to that kind of work — every project gets tracking suited to its own nature.
Sustainable & Responsible
Our Green PM approach aims to offer clients durable, efficient options within each project.
Example — on a renovation project, that can mean choosing equipment for its working life rather than purchase price alone — one of the options we make available to you within the project.

Brief and scoping
We start by scoping your project precisely. If it falls outside our area of expertise, our geographical coverage, or our ethical standards, we'll tell you plainly — and we won't take it on.

Formal quote submitted for approval
Since every project has its own cost structure, a formal quote setting out everything you will pay is submitted for your approval before any work is carried out. No hidden costs. Any change of scope is quoted and approved before it goes ahead.

360-degree collaborative file management
Once approved, your file is managed collaboratively across our team to bring a 360-degree perspective, with each member contributing to keep it cost-controlled.

Photo/video tracking tailored to your project
Throughout the project, photos and videos are provided, tailored to the requirements of your specific project.

Invoicing that matches the quote
Invoicing follows the approved quote, line by line, so what you're billed always matches what was agreed.

Our team is concentrated on the Kenitra – Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech axis and its surrounding areas. Depending on your project and your needs, we can deploy across the whole of Morocco; the additional cost of that wider deployment is charged to you and clearly shown in the quote.
