Administrative services

Administrative services for individuals

Your administrative procedures in Morocco handled from A to Z, by power of attorney and without you traveling — with transparent tracking at every step.

Prices on request: every task is covered by a detailed quote.

Who is this for?

Moroccan living abroad (MRE)

You live overseas and your procedures in Morocco stay stuck because you cannot be there in person.

Owner of property in Morocco

You own a home, a plot of land or a second residence and need someone on the ground for formalities and follow-up.

Heir or family involved in an estate

An inheritance file means gathering many documents from several administrations, often from a distance.

Anyone short on time

Whether you live in Morocco or elsewhere, you cannot spend whole days waiting in line at public counters.

What we do

01

Powers of attorney and representation

  • Preparing and following up the power of attorney

We tell you which form of power of attorney suits your procedure and coordinate how it is drawn up, legalized and delivered.

Typical result : A ready-to-use power of attorney, limited to the tasks in your quote.

  • Representation before administrations

We appear on your behalf at the counters of the institutions involved, strictly within the scope of the power of attorney.

Typical result : A report after every visit, with photos or videos where useful.

02

Civil status and official documents

  • Extracts and copies of records

Requesting, collecting and sending birth, marriage or death certificate extracts and other civil status documents.

Typical result : The scanned document is sent to you; the original is posted on request.

  • Certificates issued by local administrations

Obtaining the certificates and attestations you need for a file in Morocco or abroad.

Typical result : The certificate obtained, checked and sent to you.

  • Updating the family record book and records

Typical result : The updated documents, or the exact status of the request.

03

Identity and travel documents

  • Following national ID (CNIE) and passport files

We prepare the file, check the documents and follow it up; any step that requires your personal presence (biometrics, collection) is flagged from the start.

Typical result : A complete file, ready to submit, with the timeline of the steps that involve you personally.

04

Land and property

  • Land titles and ownership certificates

Requesting certificates and information from the land registry and other competent offices.

Typical result : The certificate obtained and sent to you, with the information gathered.

Typical result : A progress update at each milestone, then the documents obtained.

05

We act on your behalf, within the scope of the quote, and you follow progress through photos, videos and scanned documents.

  5. 05

    Final report and archive

You receive a final report and all the documents obtained, filed in an organized archive.

Documents usually required

Depending on the procedure, we will usually ask for:

  • A legible ID document (national ID card or passport)
  • The signed power of attorney and, where needed, its legalization — we guide you
  • Your contact details and, if applicable, your address in Morocco
  • The procedure’s references: file number, letters received, previous receipt
  • For a property: the land title or its number, a copy of the deed, a recent water or electricity bill
  • For civil status: the family record book or existing extracts
  • For an estate: the death certificate, the heirs’ civil status records and the documents about the assets

The exact list depends on your procedure and is confirmed in the quote.

Areas and timing

For administrative procedures we rely on the MRE Network, present across the whole Kingdom: we can act anywhere in Morocco.

Our team is concentrated on the Kénitra – Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech axis. Outside that axis, deployment may involve an additional cost, always stated clearly in the quote before you agree.

We do not promise fixed deadlines: timing depends on each administration (workload, closing days, completeness of the file, decisions to be issued). We give you an indicative estimate and keep you informed of every development.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have my procedures handled without going to Morocco?

Yes, for a large number of procedures, thanks to the power of attorney. Some steps do require your personal presence (for example biometrics for an ID document): we flag them from the outset, during the free consultation.

How does the power of attorney work?

It authorizes us to act on your behalf for specific procedures. We tell you which form suits your situation and the procedure, and we only use it within the scope of the quote you approved.

How much does it cost?

We do not publish prices: each procedure has its own cost structure. You receive a formal quote, itemised line by line, before any work starts, and you only pay what you approved. No hidden costs.

How long does it take?

It depends on the administration involved and on how complete your file is, so we cannot guarantee a fixed deadline. We give you an indicative estimate and keep you informed at each step.

How am I kept informed of progress?

Through progress updates, photos and videos where useful, and scanned documents. At the end you receive a report and the archive of documents obtained.

Do your administrative services include legal advice?

No: these are administrative procedures, not legal opinions, and we promise no legal outcome. When a legal question arises, it belongs to our “Legal matters” service, handled separately.
